As a result of our involvement in Channel 9 Telethon, we have been fortunate to be provided with a television commercial and airtime by Channel 9 Telethon for a period of 10 weeks, starting on March 7th. This coincides perfectly with the integrated media campaign, including radio and press that had already been scheduled for this time.

The television commercial was filmed at West Beach Residential and it was an exciting morning for all residents and staff involved. We thank the residents, General Manager Michael Alder, and his team of dedicated staff for their interest, involvement and patience during the filming.

The primary theme of the media campaign is “care” as it is a commitment to the best levels of care that underpins everything we do at Southern Cross Care. This key message is supported by imagery that presents the wonderful quality of our facilities and staff.
