Privacy Statement
Southern Cross Care is bound by the National Privacy Act 1988. The principles outlined in the Act regulate the way we handle personal information about individuals.

We collect personal and health information from our clients to enable us to provide the appropriate services. This information is managed in accordance with our policies and the National Privacy Act 1988.

To provide efficient, effective care and to enhance the quality of life for the aged population in our areas of influence, particularly the frail, the disadvantaged and the terminally ill.

Based on its fundamental philosophy of providing high quality focused services to Residents and families of diverse religious, cultural and social backgrounds, Southern Cross Care is committed to providing aged care services which empower Residents and encourage choices by them and their families.

Provide quality services and accommodation which achieves or exceeds full accreditation requirements. Engage in asset management that ensures a high standard of accommodation and service. Promote practices which are environmentally sensitive.

Our Business:
Operate the organisation in a manner which both demonstrates conduct in accordance with appropriate corporate governance and financial accountability and ensures that each operation is efficient and effective. Promote the organisation wherever and whenever its name and interests can be advanced. Grow and expand the organisations services. Create and maintain awareness of the provision of accommodation and services beyond the historical client group.
