Southern Cross Care (SA & NT) Inc. (SCC) will engage contractors to complete various tasks at and on behalf of SCC either in contractual agreements or as required.
These roles are by invitation only.
Invitation emails to register are sent to those contractors SCC would like to engage.
The following information is for approved SCC Contractors only
All contractors engaged by SCC to undertake work at any SCC site/facility must first register as a preferred contractor via SCC’s online Contractor Management System (Rapid Induct). This is a mandatory requirement.
Providing basic information details;
- Completing an online survey
- Uploading required documentation including SWMS and following SCC approval,
- Inducting staff who will be attending SCC sites and facilities to conduct the work.
After completing the first three steps of registration, SCC’s system administrators will review submissions and approval will be granted if all SCC’s requirements are met.
Only after approval, will passwords be issued to those staff who are required to complete the online contractor induction.
Why Should a contractor have to complete this requirement?
SCC is committed to ensuring the safety of all our residents, staff, visitors and contractors. It is therefore important that contractors understand their obligations and the procedures we have to ensure continued safety when working at a SCC site or facility.
It is a Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislative requirement to complete an appropriate induction.
It is mandatory for contractors and subcontractors who are performing work at any SCC site or facility, to complete this online induction
