Clinical Care services include nursing and one-on-one allied health such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, exercise physiology, podiatry and nutrition. 

We have qualified professionals who deliver these services to clients through evidence-based practice and a healthy ageing approach that helps clients to live independently for longer. 

Southern Cross Care also provides nurse-led Care Management services that come under the Clinical Care banner. Care Management includes activities related to care planning, services management, monitoring, review and evaluation, and having a nurse-led service means a clinical professional is always involved in your care. 

Under Support at Home the Government will cover the cost of all Clinical Care services, so you can get the care you need.
