Assisted living is suitable for older adults who want to live independently in their own apartment with the assistance of services such as meals and cleaning. Residential aged care is suitable for older adults with high care and support needs who are not able to live independently in their own home or apartment.

Anyone over the age of 55 and retired from full-time employment can move into an assisted living apartment, so long as you are able to live independently. You must be able to mobilise by yourself and live comfortably and safely in your own apartment.

If you meet the assets and income tests, as well as other eligibility criteria, for the age pension then you can continue to receive the age pension while living in an assisted living apartment. You may also meet the criteria for Government funded home care to receive extra services on top of the meals, cleaning and linen service that is provided. However, home care funding will not be applied to the fee for assisted living services.

If your loved one is starting to feel isolated or struggling to maintain your home, a serviced apartment might be the perfect solution. With weekly cleaning, linen service and daily meals provided, they can enjoy a better retirement lifestyle. There's an onsite Community Centre where they can enjoy a range of activities and events with new neighbours. For peace of mind, a 24/7 emergency call device is also provided.

Yes, there is space for couples to live in our serviced apartments together. Some couples also choose to purchase two apartments to have a little more space. You can make an enquiry here to discuss options that will suit you.

Our serviced apartments feature a kitchenette with a fridge provided and space for a microwave. The kitchenette is perfect for basic food preparation, especially for breakfast, but does not include a stove top or oven. 

The benefit of living at serviced apartments is that you will enjoy nutritious and delicious chef-prepared meals twice daily, served at lunch and dinner in the dining room, without the need to clean up!

Yes, of course. There is nothing to prohibit family and friends from visiting you in the same manner that you are accustomed.
