If you choose to take up your Home Care Package with Southern Cross Care, you will have access to a wide range of high-quality services including;

• Home cleaning and laundry 
• Gardening and maintenance 
• Transport and social outings
• In-home exercise support
• Allied Health services such as Physiotherapy
• Nursing care and medication support

You will also be able to use your Home Care Package to buy equipment such as walkers, mobility scooters, hearing or vision support devices, security devices and even furniture items such as electric chairs or beds.
