Glen Woodley Estate’s Serviced Apartments are priced to be affordable. You can see the exact price of the apartments that are for sale here.
If you meet the assets and income tests, as well as other eligibility criteria, for the age pension then you can continue to receive the age pension while living in an assisted living apartment. You may also meet the criteria for Government funded home care to receive extra services on top of the meals, cleaning and linen service that is provided at Glen Woodley. However, home care funding will not be applied to the fee for assisted living services.
