Donations
Donations to Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC) Inc of $2 and over may be tax deductible. Donors will receive a receipt via the email address provided. Donations can be made by VISA or Mastercard. All donation figures are quoted in Australian dollars. Donors should check their account statement to verify that the donation amounts debited are correct and contact us promptly should any queries or concerns arise.
Refunds and Concerns
All concerns, grievances and refund requests will be responded to in a timely manner. All parties are required to participate in the dispute resolution process in good faith. If you believe that there has been an error with your donation, you should notify us directly on (08) 8291 8000 and confirm that notice in writing by email to foundation.manager@southerncrosscare.com.au as soon as possible.
Any issue should be directed to Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC) Inc in the first instance so we can attempt to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can refer it to your financial institution which will obtain details of the disputed transaction and may lodge a claim on your behalf.

Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC) Inc utilises a donation platform called Raisley and a payment gateway called Stripe for the processing of credit cards for donation transactions, ensuring a high level of protection of your personal and financial details. These are secure systems, with all credit card information encrypted and safely stored in Stripe's state of the art data centre. For security purposes, credit card details will not be stored by Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC) Inc. This ensures both security and integrity of your personal information. By using this website and the Raisley / Stripe donation gateway, you confirm your agreement with these terms and conditions. You agree to us disclosing your personal information to Raisley and Stripe to facilitate your donation. Further, you agree that your personal information may also be disclosed to, or at the request of, another financial institution in connection with any claim by you of an error in your donation. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your computer and internet access when accessing this site and the donation gateway, including using up to date antivirus and internet security software. If you do not comply with these terms and conditions when using this site and the donation gateway, then you use them at your own risk. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
