FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: OCTOBER OPEN DAY $1,000 INCENTIVE OFFER
 

1. Promoter
The promoter is [Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC Inc) ABN 53 682 143 626 of 25 Conyngham Street, Glenside SA  5065.
2. Promotional Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM AEST on 12 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 December 2026 ("Promotional Period").
3. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to receive the $1,000 incentive, an individual ("Eligible Participant") must:
  • Attend the Open Day event at either Mornington Retirement Village on Thursday, 8 October 2026, or Bedford Heights Retirement Village on Friday, 9 October 2026.
  • Register their attendance and contact details with the Village Manager or authorised team member on the day of the event.
  • Pay a deposit and execute a valid Residence Contract (or equivalent tenure agreement) for a home at Mornington Retirement Village or Bedford Heights Retirement Village within the Promotional Period (12 October 2026 to 31 December 2026).
  • Available on the first ten (10) sales.
  • Complete final settlement on the contract in accordance with the agreed contractual terms.
4. The Incentive
  • The $1,000 incentive will be issued in the form of VISA Gift Card within 30 days of the successful completion of settlement.
  • The incentive is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retroactively to sales initiated prior to 12 October 2026.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
  • Limit of one (1) $1,000 incentive per villa/dwelling purchased.
  • This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or incentive scheme (including, but not limited to, the "Refer a Friend" program).
  • Staff, management, and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to participate.
6. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the terms of this promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or fraud. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
