Our vision is Better for life, and this commitment extends to every member of our community - from those working in our Residential Care homes to our Home Care, Health & Fitness, Respite Care, Retirement Living, and Central Office teams. 

To support our team, we established our Employee Wellbeing Program, known as Bee well. 

This program is a vital part of how we recognise and value the hard work of our diverse team. 

We understand that for you to be at your best, you need to feel supported both professionally and personally.

How Bee well supports our team

The Bee well program focuses on holistic support, particularly addressing mental well-being and the cost of living. 

Through our various Bee well partners, staff can access:

  • Mental health support: Confidential and professional counselling services provided by our three Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers: Access SA, HealthBright, and Lisa Bondarenko.
