These locations bring multiple services together in one place, allowing for a smooth transition if your needs change. 

By offering a range of services at a single location, we help you stay within the same community, so you can be close to your partner while still receiving the level of care or support you need.

Several of our Southern Cross Care locations have co-located services, such as Retirement Living, specialised Health & Fitness Centres and supportive Residential Care homes for permanent or respite care (subject to availability and care needs, Government requirements and assessment outcomes).

• North Plympton
• Fannie Bay in Darwin

The Myrtle Bank and North Plympton locations also have Dementia Respite Cottages, which support clients and carers to help them live at home for longer.

At McCracken and Oaklands Park you will also find Southern Cross Care Retirement Villages which are co-located with our Residential Care homes, but many of our other service locations are nearby to each other as well.
