  • Passengers can be picked up and dropped- off within a maximum 10km radius of our Health & Fitness Centres.
  • Passengers must be physically able to get in and out of the car with minimal assistance.
  • Passengers with walking aids, baggage or shopping should be able to move these in and out of the car without assistance.
  • Passengers must arrive at the agreed pick-up location prior to the agreed pick-up time, and wait in a visible location.
  • Passengers are required to call us on 08 7132 4805 if they wish to cancel their ride or change the pick-up/drop-off destination. Failure to cancel may incur a fee.
  • On occasions of high demand, your ride may be shared with other clients travelling to the same or nearby destinations.
  • Please ensure adequate time is allowed in your booking to arrive at your appointment on time.
  • A maximum of two walkers can be placed in the car.
  • We accept bookings up to a month in advance.
  • Bookings will not be automatically rolled over, and are subject to availability.
