Riders can be picked up and dropped- off within a maximum 10km radius of our Community Health & Wellness Centres.
Riders must be physically able to get in and out of the car with minimal assistance.
Riders with walking aids, baggage or shopping should be able to move these in and out of the car without assistance.
Riders must arrive at the agreed pick-up location prior to the agreed pickup time, and wait in a visible location.
Riders are required to call us on 08 7132 4805 if they wish to cancel their ride or change the pick-up/drop-off destination. Failure to cancel may incur a fee.
On occasions of high demand, your ride may be shared with other clients travelling to the same or nearby destinations.
Please ensure adequate time is allowed in your booking to arrive at your appointment on time
A maximum of two walkers can be placed in the car
We accept bookings up to a month in advance
Bookings will not be automatically rolled over, and are subject to availability.
