Auchendarroch House Self Guided Tour

We’re off to the Adelaide Hills for a self-guided tour of Auchendarroch House, coupled with a delicious meal beforehand. Auchendarroch House was built in 1860, the House saw its first redevelopment in 1878 when it was purchased by Robert Barr Smith and now under the Wallis Family it has become the majestic, lovingly restored venue it is today.

Goolwa Jazz Cockle Train

As part of the South Coast Jazz Festival, we are taking the Jazz Cockle Train from Goolwa to Victor Harbor, followed by a delicious lunch at the Goolwa Hotel. The train features a dedicated Jazz Carriage where local band, Brenton’s Cockles, will entertain between each stop. Plus you’ll have time to pick up some goodies from the Goolwa Wharf Markets!

Adelaide Central Market - History of Markets Tour

Join us as we travel through time at the Adelaide Central Market, tasting food from throughout history as we learn about an SA icon. As part of the guided tour, you’ll have time to ask questions about the Markets and also receive a free coffee voucher. Afterwards we’ll have lunch at SiSea restaurant, with plenty of time after lunch to shop at the Markets.

Warrawong Wildlife Sanctuary

Escape the city and reconnect with nature at Warrawong Wildlife Sanctuary. Upon arrival, we’ll enjoy a coffee at the Warrawong café, followed by a guided walk to the rainforest, stopping to feed the Kangaroos along our journey. We’ll then get up close and personal with our own private wildlife show. Afterwards, we will enjoy lunch and dessert at the café, and then have some free time to visit the Parrots and meet the Koalas.*

Four Knots Murray River Cruise

Experience the beautiful surrounds of the Murray River as we hop on board the Four Knots Murray River Cruise. The cruise includes commentary of the Murray River and the historic river town of Mannum, morning tea and feeding the raptor birds. A day in Hahndorf

Let’s go for a stroll in Hahndorf, artisan village and a delight for shoppers, nestled in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. Located just 25 minutes from Adelaide, Hahndorf is Australia’s oldest surviving German settlement and still has a strong German flavour most evident in the smallgoods outlets, bakeries, pubs, restaurants and cafés that line the bustling main street. We’ll take time to peruse these before we enjoy a delicious lunch at Hahndorf restaurant, The Haus, serving quality dishes created from the best in local produce.

Eureka Day

Presented by the State Theatre Company and hailed by the New York Times as the “perfect comedy for our age of disagreement”, Eureka Day tells the story of a modern and progressive school community that grapples with a viral outbreak. They become divided on a particularly prescient issue, vaccination, as this play takes one of the world’s most hot-button issues and sets it on fire. Beaumont House History Tour

Come with us on a journey to Beaumont House, a State Heritage listed property built in 1849 and packed full of South Australian history. We’ll learn about the house’s origins, and how it was home of the first Anglican Bishop of Adelaide, Bishop Augustus Short, and later Sir Samuel Davenport, politician, horticulturist and founder of the olive oil industry in SA.
