The David Roche Foundation House Museum

Join us for a guided tour of Fermoy House, David’s residence, and special exhibitions. Enjoy the sumptuous house interiors crammed with objects collected over a lifetime. You’ll also have time to explore the adjoining gallery wing, before we head off for lunch at one of Adelaide’s friendly historic pubs, the British Hotel.*

Virginia Nursery

Find the next bit of greenery to add to your home, or simply bask in the sights and smells of one of SA’s most renowned nurseries. It will help you unearth or continue to realise the joy of gardening. Relaxing and time spent with family and friends in the household garden are equally rewarding. Enjoy morning tea onsite at Doncho’s Cafe. Later we will head off for lunch at the Mawson Lakes Hotel.*

Four Knots Murray River Cruise

Experience the beautiful surrounds of the Murray River as we hop on board. The cruise includes commentary of the Murray River and the historic river town of Mannum, morning tea and feeding the raptor birds. Afterwards we’ll have lunch at the Pretoria Hotel, located in Mannum’s main street overlooking the Murray River.*

The Marion Village Museum Guided Tour and Walk

Step back in time as we go on a guided tour and walk of the Marion Historic Village Museum, located on Township Road behind the Wesleyan Chapel. This will give you an insight into some unique history which includes sites such as Light Square, Annie Doolan’s Cottage, Laurel Cottage, the Old Marion Inn and Threadgold’s Birthing. Afterwards we’ll stop at The Highway Hotel for a well-deserved lunch and dessert.*

Mt Lofty Botanic Gardens

Put on your walking shoes, pack your camera and get ready to explore! Whether you’re out for a leisurely stroll or a more vigorous trek, there’s always something new to discover at Mount Lofty Botanic Garden. We’ll start with morning tea at Atelier Crafers Café, then we’ll head to the Botanic Garden where you’ll be fascinated by its amazing floral diversity and picturesque hillside setting. Et in Arcadia Ego - Australian Wind Quintet Performance

Enjoy a light lunch at an Adelaide Hills institution, Millie’s Bakery, before we revel in the Australian Wind Quintet’s performance, Et in Arcadia Ego. As part of the 2022 Adelaide Festival Chamber Landscapes concert series, it refers to the omnipresence of mortality in the midst of life, even at its most carefree. It also features established and emerging Australian composers, Elliott Gyger, Catherine Likhuta and Elizabeth Younan.*

Adelaide Himeji Garden Tour

This guided tour will let you explore the many features which are of profound religious significance to the Japanese people. It contains features designed to recall the beauty of nature. Mary MacKillop Precinct - Guided Tour & Walk

Learn about Mary Mackillop, one of Australia’s most well known religious figures who was declared a saint by the Catholic Church. We’ll start with morning tea before we head to the precinct, located on the historical site established by Mary MacKillop in 1872. It’s rich in history including St Joseph’s Chapel and Bethany Centre, and afterwards we’ll grab lunch at the High Street Café.*
